Thank you for shopping with James+Joy! We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not completely happy with your order, we offer the following return and exchange options:
Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit:
You may return items for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the purchase date.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
Holiday items (including but not limited to seasonal decorations, gifts, or HOLIDAY CLOTHING) are non-returnable and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at dreamers@shopjamesjoy.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the items back to us
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
Processing Time:
Exchanges or store credit will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned items.
Store Credit:
Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item(s) and can be used on any future purchase on our website.
Store credit does not expire.
